Our Process
We want you to understand the work that we do for you and by you understanding our processes, we also understand your project in more detail.
We learn from every project we are involved with and through our ongoing reviews, we continue to adapt the way we do things.
We define who is responsible for what and when to ensure that you receive your project on time and within budget.
Our process can be defined into five distinct categories:
STAGE 1 - YOUR ENQUIRY
- We establish your requirements, budget and timetable for completion.
- We interrogate your requirements in order to suggest a correct solution that may be better suited to your needs, offers better value for money or is more flexible for future development.
- We make our recommendations and provide you with the website architecture, and based upon your feedback, a proposal and estimate.
STAGE 2 - JOB ON
- We plan, plan and plan ensuring that we have all of your ideas and collateral for the job.
- We schedule the work in, agreeing the time line with you, schedule it in and get on with it.
STAGE 3 - DESIGN
- We check we have all the information we need and produce the designs and rationale for you.
- We supply links for you to see the chosen imagery.
- We collate your feedback and refine the designs prior to the production stage.
STAGE 4 - PRODUCTION
- We construct a framework document to outline the functionality of the website.
- Once agreed, we set up the site, develop the templates and purchase any imagery needed.
- We start to develop the site, test and fix, test and fix, go through our quality check and then upload it to a development server for you to take a look.
- We collate your feedback, and make any amends.
- We train you if needed and once signed off, make the site live.
STAGE 5 - POST ACTIVITY
- We discuss with you how we have done, how we did it, and where to go from here.
- We collate your feedback and suggest further ways in which you can benefit from your online investment.
