.NET Developer

Atelier Studios Limited is a leading digital media agency based in Southampton. Due to our developing client base we are looking to recruit a .NET Developer with proven experience in application development within the digital media industry. The successful candidate must be able to provide live demonstrations of their work as well as coding examples.

Reporting to the company Directors and the Head of Development, the successful candidate will join our current team, to develop a number of external projects for a growing list of prestigious clients as well as contribute to some very exciting internal projects. The Directors of Atelier Studios pride themselves on creating a friendly and professional work environment where the team work towards common goals and all opinions and creative input is valued.

Qualifications/experience required:

  • Excellent working knowledge of .NET and SQL/MySQL
  • Knowledge of PHP and development for open source software and AJAX implementation would be beneficial
  • Ambition to learn new skills.
  • Experience in managing their own projects to meet both specifications and deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A real flair for development
  • Proactive and fully committed attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Logical and thorough approach to work.
  • Team player

Duties include:

  • ASP.NET/VB, JavaScript, XML, MSSQL, MySQL, CSS Coding
  • Adding to our code gallery
  • Back-up, hosting, database, DNS and domain name management
  • Management of servers and dedicated servers.
  • Streamlining Uploads
  • Change and Version Control

Salary:

Negotiable based upon experience.
